- orégano fresco<br />

<br />
Pegue uma panela coloque o azeite e o alho picado no fogo. Corte a berinjela bem fina e assim que o alho estiver dourado, coloque a berinjela na mesma panela. Mexa bastante para não queimar no fundo.<br />
Você pode colocar um pouco de água para deixar no fogo mais tempo, pois a berinjela precisa virar uma pasta. Depois adicione os outros temperos e deixe no fogo mais um minuto. Desligue e coloque as azeitonas picadas.<br />

Corte o milho bem rente ao sabugo. Depois que fizer isso, bata no liquidificar junto com as três xícaras de leite. <br />
Coe a mistura do milho com o leite e leve ao fogo junto com a manteiga sem sal. Mexa bem até ficar cremoso. Um pouco antes de iniciar a fervura coloque o leite condensado ( sempre mexendo).<br />
Espere ferver, desligue e sirva gelado.<br />

A massa estará pronta quando não grudar mais nos dedos. Exagerou na água morna? 2 colheres de sopa de fermento molhado<br />

Meio copo de água morna<br />
1 pitada de sal<br />
100 gramas de manteiga ou margarina<br />
3 ovos<br />
1 copo de leite<br />
Farinha de trigo até desgrudar das mãos (em média 1 kg e meio)<br />

Modo de fazer:<br />
Misture o fermento molhado com o meio copo de água morna. Depois de misturado e bem dissolvido, coloque 1 colher de açúcar mais um pouco de farinha até obter uma papinha. Espere o fermento trabalhar. O fermento estará trabalhado quando essa mistura estiver crescendo ou borbulhando, captaram? Depois disso, coloque uma pitada de sal, a margarina ou manteiga, os três ovos e as seis colheres de açúcar restantes. Misture bem os ingredientes. Vá adicionando a farinha de trigo, sovando bem a massa... Adicione farinha de trigo até desgrudar das mãos e continue sovando ( Precisa colocar a mão na massa, mesmo). Depois que a massa estiver pronta, deixe descansar e crescer por pelo menos 20 minutos.<br />

Passou os vinte minutos? Então faça bolinhas ( entenda que o sonho vai crescer bastante) e coloque em cima da mesa (previamente, a mesa deve estar com farinha polvilhada em cima para não grudar). Faça uma pequenina bolinha com a massa, coloque dentro de um copo de água. Quando essa bolinha subir no copo, seu sonho estará crescido e pronto para fritar.<br />
Você pode rechear o sonho com goiabada, doce de leite ou creme.<br />

O que você mais precisa? Paciência, além dos ingredientes.<br />
Vamos começar? Então segue a receita:<br />
Ingredientes:<br />
*Creme de leite fresco: 140 ml<br />
*1 folha pequena de capim cidreira<br />
*1 colher de sopa de mel<br />
*370 gramas de chocolate meio amargo ou o meio termo entre o chocolate ao leite e o meio amargo.<br />
*3 colheres de sopa de manteiga<br />
*2 colheres e meia de sopa de cachaça, whisky, rum ou essências( no caso das trufas para crianças)<br />
*açúcar impalpável para enrolar as trufas.<br />
*papel manteiga<br />

Em um primeiro momento você coloca o creme de leite com a folha de capim cidreira para ferver. Após ferver, desligue o fogão e deixe esfriar durante 1 hora.<br />

Enquanto você deixa a folha de capim cidreira de molho no creme de leite,pique o chocolate em pequenos pedaços em uma vasilha e reserve.<br />

Após 1 hora, descarte a folha de capim cidreira e adicione mel ao creme de leite. Deixe ferver bem e desligue. Depois de desligar, derrame o creme de leite em cima do chocolate, misture bem para derreter. Quando a mistura do chocolate com o creme de leite estiver morna a ponto de você conseguir mergulhar o dedo e não queimar, misture a manteiga + a bebida ou essência. Você precisa mexer até a manteiga derreter, ok? Feita a massa, deixe descansar novamente durante 1 hora.<br />

Depois de 1 hora, pegue uma colher de sopa ( porque você já preparou uma travessa com o papel manteiga, né?) mergulhe na massa de chocolate e com a ajuda do seu dedo, vá colocando a massa do chocolate no papel manteiga. Você fará bolinhas que não ficarão bonitas, entende?<br />
Feito isso, coloque o chocolate para descansar na geladeira durante uns 20 minutos.<br />

20 minutos depois, a massa de chocolate ficará um pouco mais dura e você pode pegar na mão e moldar bolinhas mais bonitas. Depois disso, deixe as bolinhas na geladeira uma noite.<br />

No dia seguinte, você já derreteu um pouco do que sobrou do chocolate para fazer as tufas em banho maria. Retire o prato da geladeira, passe um pouco de chocolate derretido nas mãos ( por favor não se queimem) enrole a trufa no chocolate e depois enrole de forma rápida no açúcar impalpável. Espere secar e coloque novamente na geladeira.<br />
